As a key member of our talent acquisition team, you will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of recruiting for critical technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for engineering, software, and IT roles across the Houston area.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skill sets and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage candidate relationships through the entire hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and hiring KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (DevOps, Backend, Frontend, etc.).
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
- Strong network of technical contacts within the Houston tech community.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred.
