Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Source and screen candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and pipeline analytics to ensure speed to hire.
- Build long-term talent pipelines and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in NYC.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stack requirements.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
