Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source and hire top talent for technical positions (Software Engineering, IT Support, Data Analysis).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate comprehensive interview processes with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure continuous access to qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide feedback to candidates and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
