In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing candidates to closing offers. Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and networking events to build a robust pipeline of talent.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical screens and behavioral interviews, providing feedback and market insights to candidates.
- Offer Management: Navigate compensation negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Raleigh, NC.
- Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly targets.
