Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media) to identify and engage passive candidates in Columbus and beyond.
- Candidate Management: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends in the Columbus tech sector to advise clients on salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
- Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new hires by facilitating orientation and setting clear expectations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
