Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Cybersecurity, etc.) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and culture fit.
- Conduct effective phone screens and technical interviews, assessing candidate skills and cultural alignment.
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) efficiently to track candidates and manage pipelines.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets for immediate placement roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in the UK market.
- Proven experience in placing candidates in IT/Technical sectors (Software, Engineering, Tech).
- Strong understanding of the UK tech job market and salary benchmarks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Valid right to work in the UK is essential.
