We are looking for a high-energy Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in London on an immediate hire basis. Apex Talent Solutions is a fast-growing recruitment agency specializing in the technology and engineering sectors. We are expanding our permanent and contract division and need a driven professional to lead our candidate acquisition efforts.

Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Support.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and social networking, to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and technical interviews to ensure a perfect cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate reporting.
- Negotiate salary packages and contracts to secure top talent and ensure high retention rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment (IT/Engineering) within the UK.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Right to Work in the United Kingdom is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a proactive attitude.
