Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the candidate experience from application to offer letter, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track progress and maintain accurate candidate data.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or human resources.
- Proven ability to source hard-to-fill technical positions (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and candidate lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with modern recruiting tools, ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
