- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Boolean searches, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Lead candidate experience initiatives, from interview scheduling to offer negotiations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize hiring funnel efficiency
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future technical roles
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven success scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Python, cloud infrastructure, ML frameworks)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Experience managing recruitment processes across US/UK markets
- Certification in technical recruiting (e.g., CTS) preferred
