Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social networking, to identify high-quality candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking events and outreach.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent community building.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Self-starter mindset with a high sense of urgency.
