Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and culture.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure a steady flow of talent.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps).
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Ethic: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
