Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT Infrastructure.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Collaborate with department leaders to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate experience to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
