Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for technical positions, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through networking events and technical communities.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the candidate experience from the initial application to the offer letter, ensuring a seamless and professional process.
- Navigate complex compensation structures and negotiate offers to close top talent.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong understanding of the San Francisco tech landscape and technical skill sets (Full Stack, Mobile, DevOps, AI/ML).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data-driven recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
