Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Engineering, IT, Data) in San Jose and North Carolina.
- Utilize advanced SEO strategies to optimize job descriptions and increase organic visibility on job boards.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define talent requirements and build robust pipelines.
- Manage the entire candidate experience from application to offer acceptance and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the Direct Hire model.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles as applied to job postings and digital recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in the San Jose and North Carolina markets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with senior-level technical stakeholders.
