Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing) for engineering, software development, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media networking, to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and timely feedback.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Track key metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing, with a proven track record of closing roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Java, Python, .NET, React, etc.).
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit aggressive targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
