Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social recruiting) to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process, from scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume, hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expert proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
