Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and DevOps specialists.
- Utilize Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, GitHub, and professional networks.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and a high-quality candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Post jobs to high-traffic job boards and optimize listings for maximum visibility.
- Conduct technical screening calls and coordinate on-site or virtual interviews.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and common tech stacks.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 'hunter' mentality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
