Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive and active candidates for engineering, IT, and technical roles.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career objectives.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and build talent pipelines.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage the end-to-end interview process, including logistics and feedback collection.
- Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring a smooth transition from negotiation to acceptance.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within the software or engineering industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple search requisitions simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Drive: A self-starter attitude with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement goals.
