Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for Full Time Technical roles (Software Engineering, Data, QA, Product).
- Conducting effective phone screens and coordinating technical interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of passive candidates in the New York tech market.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define job requirements and improve recruitment strategies.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Managing pipeline metrics and reporting on recruitment KPIs using our ATS.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Full Time Technical Recruitment.
- Proven track record of placing hard-to-fill roles in a competitive market.
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and technical stack requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
