Responsibilities
- Execute the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and ATS platforms (Greenhouse/Workday) to identify and engage passive talent.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on salary benchmarks and recruitment trends in Milwaukee and beyond.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting (Software Engineering, IT, or Data Science preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully placing high-level candidates in a direct hire capacity.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
