As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and closing top candidates. Work in a dynamic environment with competitive benefits and a clear path for growth.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and IT Specialists.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and conduct technical and behavioral interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the Charlotte tech market.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the IT/Technical sector.
- Skills: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Networking: Strong network within the Charlotte tech community and proven ability to source passive candidates.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Tools: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
