Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment, from defining job requirements to onboarding the successful candidate.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social recruiting, networking) to identify passive candidates in the Atlanta market.
- Build and manage a robust talent pipeline for specialized technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers using a consultative approach.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical nuances and ensure cultural fit.
- Track key metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire, to optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles (Direct Hire).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
