Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and social media platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to source passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure ongoing hiring needs are met.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success criteria.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates to secure top talent.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Expertise in sourcing tools and ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
