Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for Software Engineering, Data Science, and Product Management roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking events and recruitment marketing.
- Provide a world-class candidate experience through timely communication and professional feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting (SaaS, FinTech, or Software Engineering experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical skill sets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
