Responsibilities
- Full-cycle technical recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche technical communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate evaluation criteria
- Optimize recruitment funnel metrics including time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates
- Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier technical talent
- Analyze recruitment data to drive continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates using Boolean strings and advanced search techniques
- Deep understanding of technical stacks (Python, Java, cloud technologies, ML frameworks)
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills with engineering leadership
- Track record of hiring for complex technical positions at scale
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
