Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for complex technical roles, from defining requirements to extending offers.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social networking.
- Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for future hiring needs.
- Negotiate offers and collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to ensure successful onboarding.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide weekly reporting to optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on the Technology sector (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Deep understanding of technical roles and the ability to evaluate technical resumes and interview candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting aggressive deadlines and exceeding placement targets.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team structure.
