- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS platforms and data-driven approaches
- Build relationships with passive candidates through personalized outreach

Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on engineering roles
- Proven success in sourcing and placing senior-level software developers
- Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Strong technical understanding to assess engineering skills effectively
- Experience with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of meeting aggressive hiring deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
