Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data Science) using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conducting thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Managing the full-cycle recruiting process from job requisition to offer letter.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates and metrics.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and technical skills assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
