In this role, you will partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, build robust talent pipelines, and deliver top-tier candidates in a competitive market. Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future open positions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling engineering and IT positions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of technical domains including software development, data science, and QA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
