Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, including Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to identify passive candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from pipeline generation and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry contacts.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Track recruitment metrics (KPIs) to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
- Participate in career fairs and hiring events to represent the company brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in the software or IT industry.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and screening technical talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical job functions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
