Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for senior engineering roles across software development, data science, and DevOps
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate evaluation frameworks
- Lead technical interview processes including live coding challenges and system design reviews
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring funnels and reduce time-to-fill
- Champion employer branding initiatives at local tech meetups and university career fairs
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates in competitive tech markets
- Strong understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and HRIS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of hiring for roles requiring advanced degrees or specialized certifications
