Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and attract top technical talent in Milwaukee and beyond.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from creating compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews and extending offers.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, social media, and professional networks, to build robust talent pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and continuously optimize sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within software engineering or IT.
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
