Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Specialists)
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job narratives
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral assessments to evaluate cultural fit and competency alignment
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication and transparent feedback loops
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position TechCorp as Columbus' premier tech employer
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience with proven success in engineering talent acquisition
- Expertise in sourcing for cloud, AI/ML, or cybersecurity roles with deep understanding of technical competencies
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Columbus tech ecosystem and regional talent networks
- Certification in recruitment (CPSM, CTS) or equivalent technical recruiting credentials
- Demonstrated experience scaling recruitment processes for high-growth environments
