Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for core product features, from concept to launch.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to communicate design intent effectively.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics to effectively communicate with developers.
- Experience designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Proven track record of taking ownership of design projects and delivering results on time.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design decisions to stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
