Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and knowledge sharing.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure system stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
