Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and improve user experiences.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices to ensure scalability and security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript, with a deep understanding of web frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
