Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct code reviews and perform technical troubleshooting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across devices.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated experience working effectively in a remote or flexible hour environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
