Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software architectures for enterprise-level clients.
- Lead technical strategy and architecture decisions, ensuring best practices for code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and QA—to deliver features on time.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.) where applicable.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Must be eligible for work authorization in the United States and willing to sponsor an H-1B, O-1, or Green Card.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
