Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior team members to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance across all platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal) for seamless team collaboration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or office environment in Nashville, TN.
