Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues including Windows/Linux systems
- Manage network infrastructure troubleshooting and security protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for internal teams
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for end-users
- Support government compliance initiatives (FISMA/NIST)
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of IT support experience with Windows/Linux environments
- Active security certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)
