Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Manage and maintain server performance, including updates, patches, and backups.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Monitor system logs and alerts to proactively resolve potential issues.
- Collaborate with the full-time engineering team on infrastructure projects and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process (H1B, OPT, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse internal teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid part-time capacity.
