Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Mentor team members on advanced architectural patterns and troubleshooting techniques.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java and a deep understanding of asynchronous programming.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful API design.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
