Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Manage and maintain computer equipment, peripherals, and network connectivity.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user workstations, printers, and accounts.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
