What You Will Do:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive the technical direction of our projects, ensuring best practices in software development and deployment. You will work in a collaborative Agile environment, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and elegant technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architecture.
- Lead the development of new features using modern web technologies and cloud services.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical training sessions.
- Participate in architectural planning and system design discussions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define product requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript (ES6+), and React or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
