Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable software architectures that align with business goals and technical best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Infrastructure: Manage cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java. Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and RESTful APIs.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), Docker, and cloud services.
