Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive relocation plans for international and domestic transferees
- Coordinate housing searches, lease negotiations, and property tours in DC metro area
- Manage visa documentation and immigration compliance requirements
- Facilitate cultural orientation and community integration programs
- Develop and maintain relationships with service providers (real estate, moving companies, schools)
- Track relocation budgets and provide detailed expense reporting
- Provide 24/7 emergency support during relocation transitions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of corporate relocation experience with international assignments
- US citizenship or valid work authorization for immediate relocation
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., Cartus, SIRVA)
- Deep knowledge of DC housing market, school districts, and cultural resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish or French language skills highly desirable
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
