Responsibilities
- Coordinate comprehensive relocation packages including housing assistance, moving logistics, and area orientation
- Act as primary liaison between candidates, employers, and relocation service providers
- Develop personalized relocation plans addressing budget constraints and family needs
- Conduct virtual and in-person tours of Virginia Beach neighborhoods and amenities
- Manage relocation budgets and expense reporting with meticulous attention to detail
- Provide ongoing support throughout the relocation process to ensure candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate relocation or HR coordination experience
- Proven expertise in managing complex relocation logistics and budgets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Deep knowledge of Virginia Beach housing market and community resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
