Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized relocation packages for executive clients moving to LA
- Coordinate with vendors for housing, moving, and school transitions
- Manage relocation budgets exceeding $500K annually
- Conduct needs assessments for international assignees
- Build relationships with LA real estate and corporate partners
- Mentor junior relocation specialists
- Track KPIs and optimize relocation satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation management
- Experience with international mobility programs
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid California driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Spanish language fluency required
