Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized relocation plans for remote employees moving to Anchorage
- Coordinate housing searches, school transfers, and community integration services
- Manage relocation budgets and vendor partnerships for logistics, transportation, and temporary housing
- Provide cultural orientation and local resource guidance to incoming talent
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Collaborate with HR teams to align relocation strategies with company goals
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate relocation or talent acquisition with remote/hybrid teams
- Proven experience managing complex relocation packages for candidates moving to Alaska
- Strong knowledge of Anchorage housing markets, school districts, and community resources
- Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, TRC Global)
- Ability to work independently in remote setting with minimal supervision
