Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics including housing, schools, and community integration
- Develop personalized relocation plans based on client needs and budget constraints
- Build partnerships with local vendors, real estate agents, and service providers
- Conduct needs assessments and provide ongoing support during transition periods
- Track relocation metrics and continuously improve service delivery
- Act as primary point of contact for relocating clients throughout the process
Qualifications
- 3+ years in relocation coordination or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relocation management software (e.g., ReloQuest, MoveSmart)
- Deep knowledge of Miami-Dade County resources and neighborhoods
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
